The name of the Quercus line (from Latin - “oak”) is due to the fact that the vineyards of the economy are surrounded by old oak groves, which creates a completely unique terroir and microclimate. The Rebula variety is better known as the Italian Ribolla Gialla. The wine is aged in steel on fine lees for 6 months
