Interesting Facts
Rebula is the Slovenian name for the Ribolla Gialla variety, known in northern Italy. The berries grow in vineyards with marl-sand soils at an altitude of 120-220 meters above sea level. The age of the vines is 10-20 years. The harvest is carried out manually at the moment of optimal ripeness of the berries, at the winery the fruits undergo traditional vinification, which takes place in steel tanks with strict temperature control.
