Interesting Facts
The wine is made from the classic grape varieties Muller Thurgau and Pinot Blanc, grown in the winery's own vineyards in the vicinity of Anapa. The original technology of fermentation in a bottle using encapsulated yeast and aging for at least 6 months is used for production. This unique production method allows you to get crystal clear, fresh and bright sparkling wines with a fine organoleptic profile, without the use of long aging, but with all the attributes of traditional bottle fermentation technology.
