Intense, incredibly interesting taste with excellent balance. Soft, slightly noticeable tannins, shades of dried apricot, kombuchi and bread crust.

A deep aroma woven from shades of ripe peach, pickled olives, with nuances of green peas and tropical fruits.

The wine will make a couple of baked pork, fatty fish, soft cheeses.

The wines of Milan Nestarech are made from grapes harvested from organic vines, with minimal human intervention, without the use of chemicals and pesticides. Forks & Nives - a magnificent, complex wine, wonderful amber color, thanks to the long maceration of juice on grape skin. After fermentation, the wine is aged in barrels of acacia.
