Interesting Facts
The grapes for this cuvée are harvested from areas dominated by sand, silt and clayey limestone. The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel. After secondary fermentation in the bottle, the wine is aged on fine yeast lees for more than 5 years. The result is a lush, rounded wine in the classic style of the region.
