Interesting Facts
The grapes for this cuvée are harvested from sites dominated by sand, silt and clayey limestone. The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel. After a second fermentation in the bottle, the wine is aged on fine yeast sediment for more than 5 years. The result is a lush, rounded wine in the classic style of the region.
