Interesting Facts
This beautiful rosé brut is made from three varieties, among which Meunier plays the “main violin,” recently gaining popularity among winemakers in the Marne Valley. Although it also has a red skin, the Pinot Noir variety is responsible for the delicate pink hue of the wine. The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel. After secondary fermentation in the bottle, the wine is aged on fine yeast lees for at least 3 years.
