Interesting Facts
A classic Sekt, which is born on young and old vines of the Welzbachtal. The soils here are limestone, clay, marl and have a high iron content. The wine is produced using the traditional (Champagne method). Before disgorging, the wine is aged in the bottle on the lees for about 2 years.
