Interesting Facts
The grapes are hand-picked into 500-kilogram boxes. After a rigorous selection, the berries are sent to a pneumatic press. Fermentation takes place in steel for 15 days. After adding the tirage liqueur, fermentation is resumed (Charmat method). After fermentation, the wine is aged in steel on the lees for 25 days.
