Interesting Facts
The grapes are harvested from limestone soils in the eastern part of the Bekaa Valley, at an altitude of 1000 meters above sea level. After hand picking, the grapes are pressed, then the must is fermented in stainless steel vats for 10 days. Each variety is vinified separately, after which the final blend is collected.
