Interesting Facts
Once upon a time, the Franschhoek Valley was a wild place – wolves roamed here and even today you can find old traps in the forests. That’s why the winemakers at Boekenhoutskloof created the Wolftrap series of wines to remind us of the secrets and legends of days gone by. The wines are fermented and aged in French oak barrels.
