Interesting Facts
The grapes for this stunning wine come from organic vineyards in the Penedès region. The grapes are harvested when they reach optimum ripeness. The two grape varieties are fermented together in stainless steel tanks at a strictly controlled temperature to preserve the floral aromas. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is bottled.
