Interesting Facts
Terre del Noche is a range of varietal wines named after the Noce River at the foot of the Dolomites. Terre del Noce wines combine democracy and the high class of Italian winemaking. The wine is produced exclusively from the estate's own vineyards, located on the hills along the Adige River, at an altitude of 200 to 500 meters above sea level. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers under controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the wine rests in the same containers for several months.
