Made from grapes grown in vineyards in San Luigi, this wine is fresh while maintaining excellent body and elegance. After pressing the berries, maceration and spontaneous fermentation begin in stainless steel vats. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in steel for several months before bottling.
