Interesting Facts
Frappato CBS is made from grapes grown in southeast Sicily, in the region of Vittoria. The vineyards of the farm have an organic certificate, and are cultivated with minimal human intervention. Complex soil and altitude create their own unique microclimate here. Fermentation is carried out in cement tanks, after which the wine is aged there for 1 year.
