Interesting Facts
Grauburgunder is the German expression for Pinot Gris (Pinot Grigio). The grapes for this wine are harvested exclusively by hand. After pressing, the must undergoes a short maceration. Fermentation takes place in oak vats (30%) and stainless steel (70%). The wine has excellent potential in 10-12 years
