The wine is bright ruby color with a garnet hue.

The taste is round, well structured and balanced, with notes of blackberry, plum, cherry and raspberry. With powerful tannins, refreshing acidity and sweet-tart woody nuances in a long, elegant finish.

Interesting Facts
The wine is made from the autochthonous Xinomavro grape variety, grown in selected areas in the Naoussa region, on mixed sandy-clayey and clayey-limestone soils. The harvest takes place in mid-September. The berries undergo careful sorting and pressing, after which classic fermentation begins in contact with the skin at a strictly controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged in oak barrels.
