Interesting Facts
The wine is made immediately from three varieties, the dominant among which is Merlot. Fermentation takes place in large oak barrels with a volume of 33 hectoliters. Each variety is fermented separately for about two weeks. After blending, the wine is sent to oak barrels of the second and third passages, where malolactic fermentation takes place. There the wine spends the next 12 months before bottling.
