Interesting Facts
Pinot Grigio grapes are harvested from the company's vineyards in the Central Valley in small boxes (350 kg). Before pressing, the grapes undergo an 8-hour cold maceration. Fermentation takes place in steel at a temperature of 16-18 degrees for 18 days.
