This wine is born at the very foot of the Dolomites, whose mineral-rich soil contributes to the perfect ripening of Pinot Grigio berries with an ideal level of acidity. The grapes are harvested from the end of August to the first week of September, after pressing they are left in contact with the skin for 8-10 hours. During this period, color and aroma are extracted. After fermentation, the wine is aged on the lees for 3-4 months before bottling.
