Interesting Facts
The Castel Firmian wine line is one of the most significant for the Mezzacorona Group. The wines received their name in honor of the medieval castle built in the commune of Mezzacorona at the foot of Mount S. Gottardo. The line includes varietal wines: young and aged in barrels (Riserva), made within the Trentino DOC and Teroldego Rotaliano DOC. This Pinot Nero is aged in oak barrels for 6-8 months before bottling.
