Interesting Facts
The grapes are harvested from vines in the hilly areas of Pressano and Faedo, north of Trento. After crushing and pressing, the wort begins fermentation at a controlled temperature of 26 °C, which lasts 12–13 days. The wine is aged for 10 months in three-year-old French oak barrels.
