Interesting Facts
The vineyards are located at an altitude of 330 meters in southern Italy in the Apulia region near the town of Acquaviva delle Fonti. The soil here is mainly limestone. The grapes are harvested by hand in late September and early October. No oak is used in the production of Primitivo Ale, allowing the variety to express its fruity side. The wine is aged in steel for 1 year.
