Interesting Facts
Organically certified wine produced with minimal human intervention. The soil in the vineyards is clay and limestone, the vines are located at an altitude of 840 meters above sea level. Long-term fermentation takes place in 200-liter amphorae made from local clay. For the production of wine, resin (1/1000) is also used, harvested from the pines growing around the vineyards. The wine is not clarified or filtered before bottling.
