Interesting Facts
The wine is made from Roditis grapes grown in the estate's vineyards in the Achaia mountain range. The harvest is carried out when the berries reach the optimum level of ripeness. Before vinification, the berries undergo careful selection. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled low temperature. During vinification, 0.2% of fresh pine resin (Aleppo pine) is added to the must.
