Interesting Facts
The grapes for this wine are harvested from 46-year-old vines growing in the vineyards of the village of Ano Diacopto, at an altitude of 850 meters above sea level. Fermentation with wild yeast lasts about 5 months, with further aging of the wine on the lees for six months. Filling into bottles is carried out with a minimum addition of sulfites. Serve well chilled
