This stunning Riesling is made from grapes handpicked from the organic vineyards of the Dreissihacker estate. Slow maturation and clay-rich soils make for an incredibly concentrated and complex wine. Riesling is aged on the lees partly in large oak barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks for about 10 months.
