Interesting Facts
Shiraz grapes are harvested from vines 40-50 years old in the Barossa Valley. Fermentation with skins lasts approximately 7 days in French oak and stainless steel vats. The wine also undergoes malolactic fermentation followed by aging in oak for 9 months. A fine example of Australian Shiraz with 8-10 year old potential.
