Interesting Facts
The grapes are harvested in the first week of March. The grapes are fermented with their skins and remain in contact with them for 4 months in closed and completely filled barrels, excluding contact with oxygen and preserving the bright fruitiness. A few weeks after pressing, the wine is bottled without filtration and with minimal addition of sulphites.
