Interesting Facts
The grapes for this white wine are harvested exclusively by hand from the vineyards of the Cuyo region. After separating the berries from the ridges, the grapes are cooled and then pressed. Fermentation using pure yeast cultures takes place in stainless steel. Serving temperature - 10-12° C.
