Interesting Facts
The grapes are hand-picked into 15kg crates and then chilled in a cold room before a further 48 hours of cold maceration in vats before fermentation. The bunches are destemmed but not crushed to preserve the primary aromas. Fermentation takes place with local yeast. Afterwards, the wine spends another ten months in 500 liter French oak barrels.
