Trevo Rose is a great option for a light, pink Vinho Verde, refreshing with a light acidity on a hot summer day. The grapes used to make the wine are Espadeiro and Touriga Nacional. The grapes are hand-picked, after a short cold maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks and bottled in January, retaining a small amount of carbon dioxide, which gives the drink a slight "sparkle".
