Interesting Facts
The Chenin Blanc grapes are harvested in the heart of the Vouvray region from sandy-tuff soils. The wine is produced using the traditional (Champagne) method. The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, the second in bottles in the cellar of the estate. The wine is aged on the yeast sediment for 9 months.
