It is the best combination of old Oloroso sherry (85%) and sweet Pedro Ximenez sherry (15%). Grapes from two different areas are used to make these sherries. The first is Monteguilillo, whose lands have an ideal composition for growing Palomino grapes. The second is Las Cruces with sandy soils, which gives an amazing harvest of Muscat and Pedro Ximenez varieties. Being in oak barrels for 8 long years, Candela" Cream sherry acquires a velvety tonic taste, with a pleasant sweetness and refreshing acidity.
