This amazing wine is produced 100% from the Palomino Fino variety from the Finca del Bilbaina vineyard, located in the Sanlucar de Barrameda zone (Manzanilla territory). Tosca Cerrada is the name of a subspecies of Albariza chalk soils with a dense structure and a chalk content of 50 to 60%. The wine matures in the cellars of the Delgado Zuleta bodega and is produced by aging the must by gravity in steel vats for 15 months under a yeast film on the lees. so-called.
