Interesting Facts

Lustau, "Rio Viejo" Oloroso is an exceptional, old sherry, to which long aging gives an elegant and complex aroma, generously endowed with numerous nuances, and a persistent, velvety taste. The creation of the Solera system for him dates back to 1918. Sherry is aged in barrels, in contact with air, which causes its oxidation and gives a beautiful amber color, as well as shades of walnut and caramel in the bouquet. His last award was the silver medal of the "International Wine & Spirit Competition" in 2016.
