Interesting Facts
The wine is made from grapes selected from the best vineyards of the estate, hand-picked in optimal state of ripeness and health. At the winery, the grapes are destemmed, cooled and transferred to a pneumatic press. The wort obtained from the press is sent to stainless steel tanks. Then fermentation begins at a temperature of 16°C for 15-20 days. After fermentation, the wine is decanted to separate it from the sediment. After a minimum of 5 or 6 months, the wine is filtered and bottled.
