Interesting Facts
The wine is a blend of Loureiro and Albariño varieties collected in the most famous wine region of Portugal. The berries are delicately pressed at the winery. Fermentation of the wort lasts about 15 days at a temperature of 16 to 18℃. Aging takes place for 2 months in stainless steel vats with constant batonage.
