Interesting Facts
Fermentation takes place within 13-15 days in containers with a volume of 7500 liters. Aging of wine is carried out in oak barrels of different sizes, approximately 36-40 months. Bottling is carried out without preliminary filtration in early spring. The wine rests in the bottle before going on sale for 6 months. Aging potential - 15 years or more
