Interesting Facts
Barolo Lecinquevigne is the result of a blend of 5 (“cinque”) vineyards located in areas dedicated to growing the best Nebbiolo grapes: Barolo (Castellero, Le Coste, Sarmassa), Grinzane Cavour (La Cavourrina), Monforte (Bussia). Fermentation of the wine lasts 15 days under strict temperature control. Aging takes place in large oak barrels for 2 years, followed by an additional 14 months in bottle.
