Interesting Facts
"Chateau Peyrassol" Rose - a classic rose wine from Provence. The first release of this wine took place more than 30 years ago. It is made from grape varieties Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvèdre and Role, harvested from the oldest vines of the economy with low yields. Harvested at night and quickly delivered to the winery, the cool temperature helps the berries avoid rapid oxidation. After a short maceration and fermentation, the wine is aged for 8 months in stainless steel vats and then bottled. The fresh taste of the wine is round, delicate aroma is rich in floral tones - this is the perfect summer wine.
