Classic rosé wine Chateau Saint-Pierre, "Tradition" Cotes de Provence AOC Rose is filled with many shades of red fruits and herbs, it is soft and drinkable. Its blend is made up of Grenache and Syrah, harvested by hand. The first step in the production of wine is maceration on the skins for 18 hours without oxygen at a strictly controlled temperature of 14 °C. This is followed by gentle pressing, during which the juice is separated. The next day is devoted to natural decantation to eliminate all unwanted particles. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a temperature of 20 °C. Malolactic fermentation is blocked to preserve freshness. The wine is aged in steel tanks for about 3 months before bottling.
