Interesting Facts
The Cinsault variety has been grown in the Bekaa Valley since the mid-19th century. In 2014, Domaine de Tourelles decided to bring the variety back to life, using very old vines for production, more than 50 years old. Fermentation of the wine takes place in concrete vats, after which the wine is sent to old French oak barrels for 8 months.
