Benanti, Etna Rosso DOC is a dry red wine made from Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes, harvested from vineyards in the Rovittello region. Fermentation of the wine takes place under temperature control in steel vats for 20-21 days. 80% of the wine is aged in steel, 20% in oak barrels for 8-10 months.
