Interesting Facts
For the production of this wine is used Negroamaro grapes grown in the sun-drenched vineyards of Puglia. After the grapes are crushed and destemmed, a short maceration follows to get more color and give the wine a strong structure. Fermentation began to take place in tanks due to lower temperatures (22-24°C). Then the Greek time wine is aged in burnt barriques, which give the wine magnificent tones of mocha and spices.
