Interesting Facts
Hoya de Cadenas Reserva is a soft, rounded and elegant wine made from Tempranillo grapes. The harvest is only carried out when the berries reach optimum ripeness. Traditional vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25°C. The wine is aged for 12 months in American oak barrels and the same amount in bottles in the winery’s cellars.
