Capa Vendimia Seleccionada is made from Tempranillo grapes harvested from the best plots in the second half of September. The vines are over 30 years old. The grapes undergo rigorous selection both in the vineyard and in the winery. After fermentation for 12-18 days, the wine is aged for six months in 1-2-year-old French oak barrels.
