Interesting Facts

Wine is born in the southeast section of Aihbak, located on volcanic gravel soil. The porous rock allows you to maintain a large amount of moisture, while not swaping the area. In the vineyard and in the cellar adhere to organic practices with minimal interference in the natural process. The crop is collected manually after reaching the optimal ripeness. Grapes are sorted after harvesting and gently pressed. Maceration proceeds in large oak barrels for 14 days. Classical fermentation and excerpt are also carried out in oak barrels.
