Wine is made from the grape variety of Sppetburghunder. After collecting, the berries undergo long -term fermentation for 42 days. The endurance of the wine takes place in 2-3-year-old French barrica for 22 months. The outer wine through the bottles passes without additional filtering, and all other processes on the winery are held with minimal human intervention and technology. Wine has an excellent potential of 15 years or more.
