Interesting Facts
The Nehrer estate is located on the unique and picturesque slope of the Leuteberg, with soils of crystalline schist and gneiss. Here they produce some of the most elegant and mineral wines in Austria. The area of the vineyards is 24 hectares. Already the third generation of the Nehrer family produces wine here. Fermentation of this wine takes place in stainless steel tanks for 14 days, with further aging in oak barrels of 500 and 2000 liters for at least 9 months on the lees.
